I accidentally discovered a cool bug. You have to cheat to make it happen but when it does its awesome.

After hacking the ini code use the create item cheat to make SCRL02. The full type is CLUAConsole:CreateItem("SCRL02"). You get a blank scroll that just says spell scroll. I sold this at High Hedge for over 37,000,000 gold. No more picking through dead bodies looking for change for me.

This is because it gave you 10000 of them, its been known to happen, but its awesome anyway!
