Most sources say I'm a capricorn, but some put my birthday in with sagittarius. So what am I?

I voted capricorn, though. That's what most sources say, and I didn't quite get the cusp thing.

Cusp is when you are born on the day that the sun moves into a new sign. For example, I have a friend who was born on August 21, the Leo/Virgo cusp, so he has traits of both Leo and Virgo.
