Maybe some people remember my story, maybe some not, the short story: while downloading files from SP, I entered chatrooms where I met my girfriend, I was in Argentina, she is in Spain, things went very nice so I moved to Spain, now I am living here with my girfriend.
So, next month we will get married, and yesterday we got the news: we are going to have a baby :D

First name came to my mind was Imoen and Johnelet, of course I knew that my girfriend would kill me so the second thought came to SP nicks, buuuut, ejem, nothing yet... :D

Good to know that you're doing well. You've gone a long way to come to this point so congratulations are in order indeed. :thumb:

(c'mon Tal, that's a brilliant idea for the SP Merch page, no?) I wonder if it would sell better if we got a "An officially Chev approved method of birth control" label on it? :shake:

yesterday we got the news: we are going to have a baby:shake: *She* will be having the baby. *You* will be schlepping from ice cream parlor to delicatessen to grocery store looking for that malted-smoked ham-chocolate syrup flavored drink the baby wants, but won't consume once you do get it.

Baby Naming Tips:
1. Do not name the baby after an ex-b/f or g/f.
2. Do not name the baby after a weather event such as a hurricane (or himicane) or tropical storm.
3. Do not name the baby with a word that rhymes with a bodily fluid or function.

Congrats! :)

Congratulations! :thumb: And wow, an SP romance... That's what happens when people use SP for purposes not originally intended. You could always start up an SP dating service when vB comes along. Or just abuse your position as moderators to pair people off via some cunning ruses, a la many a shallow Hollywood romcom. :shake:

/me gets list & whispers to Tal: what about those two? And them? Aww, come on... just think of the children! :shake:

I wonder if this is the first ever "SP romance."Nah, there have been several others, but I found out about all of them from other people than the ones involved. :heh:

It's apparently not something most people want to make public here.

Kuemper, you forgot rule number four.

4. If you get twins, do NOT name them similar.

Also, congratulations. I remember when you first posted a topic about moving to Spain, seems you've gone quite a bit since then. :p

Thanks to everybody :D

Family is already driving us crazy with names...

One thing we agree: I'm going to make a poll soon to let you people choose a boy's name, in honnor to SP and the comunity for your support. But if is a girl, my girfriend will choose her name.

So, start thinking ;)

Congrats, Sydax. Why don't you name him/her something that had to do with his/her heritage. Our newest son has the name of a beautiful Mexican bird.

Good luck with the little one and I'm glad that you met each other in such an interesting place. Great tale por el chiquito when he gets a little bigger.
