I seem to have screwed up the skinner murder quest in the Bridge District as well as the dude with the red cloak mission that you pick up in the Graveyard District.

For the skinner murder I missed getting any information from the beggar Rhumpus (or whatever his name is) because someone interupted as I was beginning the conversation. I've talked to the "witch", the police dude, the vendor and the hooker. Any clues as to how to get a bit more evidence so I can go kick the tanner's much deserving butt?

I have no idea how to get any prompts going for the red cloak thingy from the graveyard district any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks.

hmm i think if you just force attack him he will reveal it anyway, or i guess you could go downstairs but i never tried that

Yeah, you can jut go attack or otherwise anger the tanner, he'll reveal himself like the idiot sub-villain he is and run away. Just proceed as usual from there.

The idiot in the red cloak will only show up in the bridge district at night, after you save Tirdir. You can probably take it from there. :)

Either force attack the tanner or have someone (Imoen/Nalia) with bad pick pockets to do so. He'll get upset and reveal himself. OTOH, Imoen sometimes gets lucky and succeeds on her PP check.

The man in red only shows up at night. Try checking around 19:00 on the game clock.

You guys kidding me? Once I talk to that grave digger North of where I rescued the victim, the idiot in red always seems to be looking out at the sea.
I have never noticed that he is only available at night. Or is that changed by UB?

If you make the tanner confess his guilt via proofs you have, you get additional XP though.

That man in red is always looking at the sea in my guess, and I always kill his companions who run away. They are much more evil than that pathetic man I guess. What do you usually do with them?

Killing them gives XP. And LOOT!
How can you even think of letting them go :p

The man in red (iirc his name is Am Sai or something) is always checking out the docks, but only at nightttime! After all, that's when evil is about.

Kill the dwarf and the human. You get a nice pair of boots off the human.

It's worth noting if you do the skinner murder quest the right way you get a rep point boost when you return and talk to the guard and I think some gold too from the guy in the goverment building. Nothing bad happens to you if you take matters into you own hands but they aren't happy about it (no rep point or gold).

Umm, about the man in red: are you sure he appears only at night? Because I remember doing it during the daytime!!!

Are you sure it's not a mod or whatever, because I seriously don't remember that!

Oh yes, do kill the two guys who escape, it's certainly worth it! :D

I don't use big mods (EoU & NPCs only), and he only shows up during certain hours, most of them at night; I've tried going there in the middle of the day, and he's not there. I got very frustrated the first time I tried to find the pr*ck and he wasn't anywhere on the map, including the place where he's supposed to be, which I checked several times in that game after finding the xy location in Dan Simpson's walkthrough. He wasn't there until nightfall.
