In Chapter 3, going to kill vampires as the final quest from Aran Linvail. After meeting Lassal in the lobby of that part of the crypts, he runs downstairs. Then when you follow him he speaks and goes back upstairs to the room with 'blades and blood'.
In that DOWNSTAIRS room there is a gondola with something odd about it (I think it said 'odd power' or something like that). You can open it - it is empty. Is there any use for it? First I thought that it would serve as Lassal's coffin -- wrong. Then I brought Montanaro's body over, thinking that it was for sending dead people to the afterlife in Egyptian fashion. Wrong -- didn't do anything to the body.
