I did a search and found nothing.

2 bugs came up for me so far.

1. I got Lareth and when he said let's go to the proving grounds first time, he didn't attack. After the slaughter and looting and selling in Hommlet we went a second time and then attacked. He's dead now. Weird.

2. I have had a silence spell cast on my cleric. She is now permanently silenced. How does the effect come off her? I can't unsilence her at all.

2.Rest / Dispel / Kill and resurrect. Try these, please.

Rest does not work nor does Dispel or break enchantment etc.

Kill and ressurect is not really a good solution do you think? I think you loose xp etc.

Concerning kill and resurrect: I think you lose XP yes, but you won't lose levels... Though you'll be taken either halfway down to the minimum for your current level, or set back at the minimum of the current level (don't remember which of these that does apply).

Arrrgh. Cries about this bug....

I've tried at least two different things, and yet I haven't been able to fix it.

I've tried killing one of the two party members I had silenced, and then went to St Cuthbert, and I could not get the Terjon, to recognise I had a dead party member. So:
1) how do I kill a party member properly?; and
2) how do I get Terjon to recognise I need a raise/resurrection ?

I really don't want to start again, given I've got to Temple Level 3. But I haven't found a patch either that fixes the silence bug. I've got the three official patches installed, and yes I know I don't need the third, but I'm running Service Pack 2, and I've also installed moebius' patch, and ToEE_Fan_Fixes_V3-0-4 from Circle Of Eight, which may also be a mod, I'm not familiar with mods for ToEE. I installed those two patches in the order Co8 recommended which was their patch first then the moebius one. I tried resting, and the silence remained. Is this because it can't fix the bug once it's appeared ?

Anyway, like I said I don't want to start again, but I'm already at level 9, and it just happens to be my rogue and cleric who are silenced, so if Terjon can't raise them, then I have no characters who can raise them, is there an npc who can ? I've been avoiding npc's like the plague. It's kind of annoying all in all :(

If someone has suggestions about anything it will be more than welcome, and if there is another healer/temple in the game, I'd appreciate it. I haven't tried Jaroo, but it's kind of depressing to get this far, and think I have no alternative to start again.
