Ok, I'm not there yet (still Chapter 2), but I like to plan ahead - way ahead!!!

My questions:

I'm good-aligned, but can I take the evil paths without suffering reputation loss, etc.
I know It's not in the spirit of Role-playing, but losing dexterity and valuable exp, etc is a bit much when you can just russerect your party member.

Yes it is possible to remain good aligned. At least you can do the evil way and sacrifice a party member (or peasant if you play solo).
Btw, I always do these five mini-quests clockwise and end with meeting Sarevok.

Loosing xp is not a valid excuse for choosing the evil solution, is it? Stat points is harsher, but that's the price you pay. The good path is much better in total here. The sacrifice is more symbolic IMHO so please do reconsider. :)

You'll also turn neutral evil when you activate the tear at the doorway but no rep loss(not that it really matters by then)

And i hope you're not a paladin or ranger cause sacrificing your party memember will make you fallen.

if you are a warrior the evil path is the best (except for the pride-tear).

There is some possibilities of the evil way around without changing alignment.

By going clockwise the selffishness test is the good reward even though you do it evil.

YOu can pickpocket the genie to get the good reward and still keep blackrazor sword

the other 3 I think you have to do the good way.

Then I have a question, which is better +2 constistution(making a base of 21) or immunity to +1 weapons and less

My alignment never changed - I played as true neutral and tried all options (except lokken's trick with genie, cool one!).

I was going counterclockwise - maybe that's the reason? I'll have to check it all again...

Immunity to +1 weapons and less. Then you cast Protection from Magical Weapons. What does that result in? ;)

A regenerative constitution is very nice but there are already several items that give you regeneration and in ToB there are several more.
