I'm afraid I know next to nothing about American politics so I cant vote... unless you want me to pick random answers?

If you had asked me to quote last weeks Premierships results then I'd be buzzin! ^^

Rush Limbaugh all the way!

Of course, I have to give due credit for G.W. Bush's wonderfully terrible explanation of the "Mission Accomplished" sign. In convoluted logic - this must be on the Top 10 of all time!

IX - I voted for Tom Delay as most dangerous. I had the honor of voting against him once while I lived for a short time in the south of Houston. He still won by like 84 percent. Nevertheless, our meager two votes were our contribution to the betterment of politics in the US.

CtR-

Yes... Tom Delay is an excellent choice for most dangerous. It's a pretty scary thought that a completely insane wingnut like him can get so high up on the ladder.

I went with Karl Rove on most dangerous. He is briefly mentioned in the Al Franken book... and wow... he is a truly deceptive and evil person.

NONSENSE!

I AM THE MOST DANGEROUS!

FEAR THE SHRALP!

:1eye:

Caps aside, I think it was Joachim (or however he's spelling his name these days) who voted me most dangerous 'cause I "make dangerous ideas seem rational." I've never been so proud.

Dude - why isn't Ann Coulter under #2? Can't stand her, and she almost got my vote for #1 (just finished reading Al Franken's "Lies"). But due to the recent drug rehab stint, good old Rush took the honor.

These are all so hard to choose from! Great fun, this one is. Nice one, IX.

@ Shralp

So are you proclaiming your allegiance to the right wing, or just spamming? :shake:

Newbie, I'm the right-wingenest.

Well, ok, I'm squishy on the death penalty. Other than that I'm friggin' Sean Hannity.

Chokie! JamieShralp at AIM.

People actually read Franken's book? I was at a book signing for him, and it was pathetic. For someone who complains about conservatives lying, he sure tells some whoppers of his own.

For someone who complains about conservatives lying, he sure tells some whoppers of his own. These days, everyone complains about cons and their lying. But that doesn't stop them from telling them anyway.

I would have placed Gergoe Tenet or possibly even Rumsfield for #2.

As for #4 - I still like the "You're no John Kennedy" jab at VP Quayle during the 1988 presidential elections. Geeze - I may really be dating myself with that one...

That of course, doesn't qualify for this year - that's on the all-time list.

I guess you wouldn't mind listing off some of those "whoppers," would you? This isn't a link to 'whoppers' but I really, really like this site (which Franken uses in his book btw):

Laches I already read that. I go to spinsanity all the time. All they could find is one minor mistake.

Spinsanity tries so hard to be fair they end up being unfair in much of their analysis. As is the case with their anaylsis of authors such Al Franken.

The fact is that while Al Franken is "biased" he is not a liar like Ann Coulter or Sean Hannity.
Hannity was putting charts into his book he didn't even properly interpret. And Ann Coulter? There are entire sites that debunk her book sentence by sentence. It's pathetic.

I agree though, spinsanity is great. It's not as good as the dailyhowler.com and mediawhoresonline.com (which are liberal sites), but it is still good.
