The only thing it left out was that you need 70-90% percent of your prisoners to be completely innocent and are waiting in jail to be charged for anything. Othere than that, great article.

Excellent article, except it's missing the most important component - the part where you get to invent your own trumped-up reasons for starting a war in the first place. :D

Heh, I make up reasons for war all the time when I play Civ. Usually I manage to get my neighbours to declare on me so I can them steamroll over them slaughtering thousands and put entire cities to the torch and still have a pure white reputation. Civ is actually a pretty fair rendetion of real politik. Right down to the "bribe and threathen other nations into joining my war against tiny Babylon so I can snatch that patch of rubber I lack".
