I read about this earlier today. It's sad what some christians will do just to get new converts to the flock. :D

Just makes me wonder about the safety of the zoo if idiots like him get inside the cage? What if he had been a child who just wanted to pet the lion?

This is so stupid it's not even funny. The fact that modern people are so used to seeing animals in zoos and under controlled conditions that they no longer remember how dangerous they are is simply amazing. What's his name, Roy/Sigfried, whatever, was mauled by his own tiger. Let's get real, these are extremely dangerous animals. He probably should have been bitten a little higher to make sure he doesn't reproduce and pass on this kind of stupidity. Sheesh. :rolleyes:

The zoo was in Taipei, and though the angle of the picture is bad, he looks like he is Chinese.

But yeah the guy seems Chinese, and if he was American what was he doing preaching faith in a zoo on the outback of the planet, besides couldn't he get arrested for the preaching alone?

I saw the video today and he is Chinese, and according with the report, he is protestant, and he was only shouting to the lions and he is mentally ill.
