The merchant named Quataris in the promenade near that storekeeper Maheer, does he deal anything? He does say he'll be happy to buy some works of art, is there anything regarded existing in SoA?

I remember a quest I got in the Temple District that I think involes that guy.

He supposedly figures in a Haer'Dalis quest, though I've never used Haer'Dalis to know for sure if that quest was fully implemented. He doesn't serve any known function outside of that quest.

IIRC, the art dealer was going to be part of mr dalis' npc quest, but then they went and decided that they would make the astral prison his quest, so there is the art guy and the other guy left hanging...

Maybe he also buys other pieces of art yuou find through the game..... Never tried it. For the rest I couldn't find anything about a personal quest... but I also never played with H'D.
