ok i might have passed over it but does anyone know where the Scimitar Waters Edge is located?

I don´t think there is a scimitar called waters edge in SoA.

Never used it myself but I believe I found it in Ust'Natha. It's "just" a +3 scimitar.

It exists. If i remember correctly you get it in the underdark, Ust Nastha in of the quests there dont know whick precisly but i think it is in the same house that you get the boneblade +4. But water´s edge aint no good IMHO its only +3 and no special abilitys.

Yes it is in Ust-Natha - BUT: the wateredge is in the Jaellat house iirc and the bioneblade +4 is in Quile's house iirc.
