Wordplay Sun, 25th Apr '04, 1:54pm Fish is meat, and so are pork and beef too. But is there a difference in taste? Vote to see if there is. ;)
Carnivores only :p

Splunge Sun, 25th Apr '04, 5:04pm Of course there's a difference. I like them all, but beef is my fav.
Wordplay Sun, 25th Apr '04, 5:14pm Beef seems to be leading, which is odd; I like of chikin more. It's not as filling, but with spiced rice and some veggies very good. :)
It's cheaper too.
Slith Sun, 25th Apr '04, 5:22pm I was offended; Baby was not one of the choices, and as all who follow the Austin powers series know, Baby - it's what's for dinner!
Shrikant Sun, 25th Apr '04, 6:12pm WHAT!!!!!!
You eat cows!?! Those sacred animals?
It dont matter if it is cooked proper.
Else I stick to birds.
Like seafood but the shells and the tiny bones keep getting in the way.
Rotku Mon, 26th Apr '04, 8:04am There's no lamb option!
So I went with fish instead.
Wordplay Mon, 26th Apr '04, 1:16pm Sorry, thought to keep the selection in a neat package rather than including every, possible meat. ;)
Death Rabbit Mon, 26th Apr '04, 4:53pm I had to vote for no preference, because there's no single meat that I love over all others. It really depends on the method of cooking for me.
Shell Mon, 26th Apr '04, 6:10pm Pork is gross. But anything else 'oinky' i like :) Bacon, Gammon etc Yum
Serpent Mon, 26th Apr '04, 6:32pm I kinda like chicken...
Mmmmm.... dead chicken... :p
Jaguar Tue, 27th Apr '04, 12:42am Mmmmmmmmmmmmm...Pork Chops...*drool*
Aldazar Tue, 27th Apr '04, 5:15am Gammon??? WTF is that??
Anyway, Of course there is a difference in the flavours, otherwise we'd all be eating the same meat. Not including those with religious-based reasons for avoiding certain meats.
There's nothing like a good Pork roast though, especially with the crackling all nice and crunchy and crumbly. And of course we can't forget the Pork Chop Express!
Wordplay Tue, 27th Apr '04, 2:47pm We don't have those around here; just canned spam and fresh pieces from one part or another with different prices, of course  . Speaking of which; why do they sell them at varying costs based on their location, before the animal was put down and down the grinder? Like the ass of an pig was more valuable than the head...
nior Wed, 28th Apr '04, 4:13am I voted for beef but my favorites are actually crabs and shrimps.
Rednik Wed, 28th Apr '04, 4:58am I voted for beef, nothing beats biting into a quivering mass of beef, fresh off the grill. I eat beef so rarely, it's always such a treat.
And:
Spam sucks, it's just Pepto Bismol and dog food.
Baldrak Wed, 28th Apr '04, 1:05pm I'll have to agree with Death Rabbit here. It's all in the preperation...
Wordplay Wed, 28th Apr '04, 10:57pm It seems that there isn't any more votes rolling in, so I guess we can declare the winner:
#1 Beef: "Nothing beats biting into a quivering mass of beef, fresh off the grill." I bet that was the biggest reason to this. :D
#2 Chicken: Chicken McNuggets, thai-food, and grilled chicken came in good second. Not so filling, but still delicious. ;)
#3 Fish: Close three with only 1 vote. Who said oven-baked cream-fish isn't good?
#4 Pork: "There's nothing like a good Pork roast though, especially with the crackling all nice and crunchy and crumbly. And of course we can't forget the Pork Chop Express!" I'm not sure what Pork Chop is, but fat-soaked pork would had gotten my vote if chikin had not got first.
Happy feasting.
