Takara
Wed, 14th Jul '04, 4:21pm
You already have a boy, so I'm going for a girl. And Takara is rarely wrong. (Disclaimer: The use of rarely is purely subjective, and discounts all the time I am, in fact, wrong)

there should be more alternatives...

Hope they ship it with as few bugs as possible. Like with most other consoles, patching is difficult.

A lovely baby girl.

I would almost seriously bet you it will be another boy, a very healthy one at that. I also wish you as little pain possible when he arrives.

Wed, 14th Jul '04, 9:53pm
I bet it's a baby. But if you want to know it's gender then ask the Dad. He's the one who decides whether the baby gets an X or a Y chromosome so it's up to him.

Really? I didn't think anyone could stop at that moment to count which are X and which are Y. :D

Aww, you up the duff?

Nice one Rally, congrats :) .

As long as it's a healthy baby that's all that matters :) :D .

This is where someone needs to yell "GET IN MY TUMMY!"

I voted for the boy though. :D

Hope it's a girl so you have one of each brand. Plus, the older brother/younger sister motif seems to work for my kids. With two boys (like my brother and I) you'll get endless battles.

It will be a girl I'm always right in things like this! How about Talena or Selenia for a name?

Jaguar
Thu, 15th Jul '04, 2:50am
Its a boy. I'd go with Jaguar for a name. Good, strong name. Will be a pro athlete or an ace lawyer. Or both.

You could always go with Takara of course, but only if you want a ballet choreographer or a fashion designer. (snicker   snicker)

Apeman
Thu, 15th Jul '04, 9:37am
Definatly a boy, girls are all but trouble growing up :p

BTW you're nog going to wait for the surprise at birth?

Abomination

An elf I say!

Gothmog

Gender: This is easy...there are no differences between males and females, except how they look like

Now, lets get to the important stuff. She/he will be small sized, so he/she gets +4 bonus to hide, +1 to attack and AC against adults.
Considering this i'd make him/her a rogue. Be sure to roll a high dexterity score when dicing stats

You might even be lucky and have a sorcerer, depends on the father (unless you have the dragon blood ;) . Roll a high Cha score in that case :rolling:

I voted boy for no particular reason.
Regardless - congratulations and good luck (you'll need it :p ).
Hmm, perhaps it will be a half-elf.
Although I wonder what Rallypapa will say when he sees the pointy ears :D .

I voted for a girl also. But not only because I have two girls myself, but because there's something very special about a mother/daughter relationship. But another son would be great as well - your son would have a little brother. Regardless, I'm happy for you and your family; there's nothing like a new baby!

Whatever sex they are....TRIPLETS!

Bahir the Red
Sun, 18th Jul '04, 10:47am
yes, tripplets, all of different sexes

Jaguar
Sun, 18th Jul '04, 2:57pm
Yup, 1 male, 1 female, 1 rabbit... ;)

Shrikant
Sun, 18th Jul '04, 9:58pm
Human or Half-Elf or Aasimar.
Or all three.
Yeah! Triplets

I voted for boy only because I have 2 sons myself and I adore them. Either way, let's just hope that whether it's a boy or a girl that he/she has everything he/she should have and nothing that he/she shouldn't have.

Hey Rally...will this ultrasound also be able to tell class and alignment? Do you have any unspent Attribute points? Did you choose any of those "only at character creation" feats?

Best of wishes to you and your growing family :) .

I must be having a Republican baby because the majority does not rule in this case. ;) It's a boy. :) The test was quite unmistakable - he was waving that thing proudly, just like his older brother did.

The funny thing is that I had a dream only this morning that I was holding a little boy.

Yay, i guessed a boy

Wed, 28th Jul '04, 8:42pm
See I was totally right. My cunning plan worked. By saying girl I forced the real outcome of a boy!

And if you believe that, you'll believe anything. :1eye:

he was waving that thing proudly How did he get a toy light saber in there?

Congrats Rally!

Jaguar
Thu, 29th Jul '04, 8:26am
Yeah! I was right. Well, me and 30 other people who voted.

Congrats either way. New blood in the family. So lets get this straight. We have:

Uncle Taluntain (head of the house)
Grandpa Splunge (he knew this old joke was coming ;) )
Crazy Cousin Chevalier (he's the weird one that we don't invite over for holidays)
Third cousin twice removed Jaguar (had to put myself in)
And Auntie Beren (strict on neatness).

What a family to be born into.

Congratulations, but hide the breakables. Two boys are a recipe for wholesale mayhem (especially if you go by my brother and me).

Pad the walls and put away the chatchkes, the testosterone is going to flow!

Mathemagic told me it would be a boy! Aren't there more men anyway (like 51% male, 49% female)? So the probability was not very balanced.
