Ive been out of it for a long time. Try years long, and i came across some custom stuff online for my baldurs gate game. I need an Infinity Eninge or something. I Dled a DLTCEP or something but it still wont Dl the items. Im not up to speed on alot of things, but is there some new way i can download these things?

IIRC< Infinity Engine is the game mechanics of BG and IWD series. You need to have the game installed for DLTCEP to work. What items did you want?
