I've managed to make my way to the keep sub-quest. I don't have Nalia with me but I am inside the keep. I don't know how to get into the rooms with the doors that are warded against entry

You need get the Keep Key from the Library. You'll know you've found it because the Library has stairs going up to the roof and a Yuan-Ti guarding it.
