I'm trying to make a really good kensai/druid. Is this possible?
and spell wise, is it better than a ranger/cleric multi-class?

:)

The kensai/druid is a really powerfull character IMO. In order to be able to dual him your kensai must have 17wis and 17 rep and be of true neutral alignement (if i remember correctly...).
You are able to choose proficiencies you usually don't choose and use weapons like Impaler that your main character hardly use. Moreover the druid level up quicly, so you'll be able to gain back your kensai abilities quicly. And all the defencive druid spells are really great for a kensai.....

ranger can't dual class into cleric's but you probably already knew that

It seems logical that when you dual class a kensai to a druid that your kensai's also need high charisma since druid's need high charisma and that wisdom is less important

But at what level should the kensai dual?
I recommend Kensai-12(/Druid-14). That way you get +4 to THAC0, a decent basic fighter THAC0 and as druid you reach level 13 after "only" 750,000 xp.
The alternatives are Kensai-9(/Druid-14) which is much faster and Kensai-13/(Druid-14) which is very slow and only recommended if you play with a 4-characters or less party.

Yes, Ranger can dual to Cleric! That is a rather well known and strong combo.
