We have recieved the following message about NWCon 2.5, a Neverwinter Connections event in September.
Mark your calendars now for the weekend of September 25 & 26, when NWCon 2.5 will once again bring players, DM's, and builders together to participate in DM'd gaming, IRC Chats, In-Game demonstrations, and more! In addition, the popular NWConvention Center will once again be available as the central In-Game environment. DM'd Games will be handled the same way as previous NWCons, with DM's scheduling their games on the NWCon 2.5 section at www.NeverWinterConnections.com (http://www.neverwinterconnections.com).
NWCon 2.5 will be short this time around, as we make the transition in the scheduling to avoid the time-change confusion which has plagued NWCon in the past. Also, we will be going light on IRC Chats & In-Game Seminars this time around, which will put the focus on what's most important: the gaming! Just in case, however, MacGamer will once again be hosting events in the NWConvention Center, such as the Bardic Storytelling Contest, which was very popular in NWCon 2. These will be scheduled events throughout the day, and prove to be fun for all!
Staffing
NWCon takes a bit of work to make happen, which means we need volunteers.
