elanee is level 10 now and that feat does not appear on the feat list.
i am a fighter(4)/cleric(6), have also ironfist and neeshka as my permanent team mates.
i need wondrous craft because i must increase my wisdom.

Thats strange. I went through the game with a pure druid and was able to select it.

I picked that feat for Elanee around level 10...No problems at all.
