Beyond the extra XP gained through doing the Team Attacks, how exactly is the XP & gold calculated at the end of each chapter? Are there ways to increase the amount you gain, beyond killing more enemies? Also, does it count against your total if the enemies are killed by each other, or from a scenery effect? Thanks in advance for any info. :)
