The TenTonHammer article mentioned only 5 PC races: Humans, Halflings, Elves, Warforged, and Dwarves.
Isn't that more than a little lame? I know that gnomes and half-elves should be pc's and that shifters and goblinoid races should make appearances as NPC's at least. Doesn't Everquest have an insane amount of character races? Why can't D&D follow that bandwagon? It is a profitable one that enhances gameplay-ability, seems like a no-brainer.
