Two Versions of the Game ('http://forums.obsidianent.com/index.php?showtopic=16999&hl=')
A gore switch is one thing (and already exists in the game), but different content is a whole 'nother ball of wax.

Story Reactions ('http://forums.obsidianent.com/index.php?showtopic=16195&hl=')
Just in general - every hour a designers spends writing dialogues and scripts that react to class, gender, and race is one hour that a small fraction of the audience will ever see. I think there's a balancing act that RPGs must strike between customized reactivity and core gameplay. The plan is to have NPCs react to those things within reason. Most of our big guns are aimed directly at making the story as kick-butt as we can. So don't expect class, gender, and racial reactivity quantum leaps beyond what are in other RPGs. We have other ways we want to push the envelope.

Poly Counts ('http://forums.obsidianent.com/index.php?showtopic=17104&hl=')
If it makes you guys feel any better, even *we* dont know what the final polycounts will be yet. We're still very much in the "experimental" phase when it comes to that kind of stuff. Of course, that said, if I actually did know the real numbers I couldnt/wouldnt be able to tell you.
