IIRC the 3.0 D&D rules state that shurikens are too small to get your Str bonus added to them.

Platinum Problems (http://nwn.bioware.com//forums/viewpost.html?topic=382958&post=3163791&forum=42&highlight=)
We are currently working on a 1.64 patch that will allow Platinum owners to play online with all other players. The patch is currently in beta testing and barring any unforeseen issues, the final 1.64 patch should be out within the next few weeks. We were hoping to have the 1.64 patch available before the Platinum edition shipped, but the 1.64 beta patch had some serious stability issues that were extremely difficult and time consuming to track down (which has delayed the public release of the 1.64 final patch). However, it appears that we have resolved most of the stability issues in the 1.64 beta 3 patch that is now available, so hopefully the final 1.64 patch wont take too long to release.
Platinum 163 cant link with 162/164 (http://nwn.bioware.com//forums/viewpost.html?topic=382851&post=3163805&forum=42&highlight=)
The 1.63 patch was not supposed to be compatible with the 1.62 version of the game for multiplayer play. The upcoming 1.64 patch will bring both Platinum and non-Platinum owners both up to the same game version, so that they can play together online. Some unforeseen problems have delayed the release of the 1.64 patch. Plus the Platinum edition seems to have hit store shelves at an earlier date than we were told. The combination of these two things means that there will be a slight wait for Platinum players before they can play online with everyone else.
