<hr />Sounds like most of the major bugs are fixed. How likely is it that the next release will be the final release, or will there be a Beta 4 release?<hr />We are reviewing and testing issues daily, so we aren't able to say one way or another. We use the betas to test changes that require a wider range of testing than what we can accomplish ourselves. We will know more next week.

You can not use the console commands in multiplayer without being a dungeon master.

If you right click on the updater, it will give you an option such as "Dedicated Internet Connection", select that and then try and run the updater again. That should allow it to connect to the Internet and download the patch.
