Player can create atmost one henchman. (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com//forums/viewpost.html?topic=408951&post=3393957&forum=98&highlight=)
In NWN2 we really prefer to call them companions, btw. In NWN1 henchman worked great as a term because they behaved similarly to the classic D&D role of a henchmen. In NWN2 we want your companions to be the equivalent of other players in a PnP game (like the BG and KotOR series). At some point I'll be able to elaborate - not now, though.

I'd like nothing more for the expansions to be a continuation of the original campaign. But a lot can happen between now and then, so we'll see.
