No one has ever reported a bug with regards to immunity to Petrification effects. If we don't get bug reports on issues we can't fix them (since we wont even know about the problem). Please send bug reports to nwbugs@bioware.com along with a step by step description of how to reproduce the problem (a small sample module is also very helpful for scripting issues).

Some things we would need to know in your bug report would be:

How exactly are you applying the immunity to Petrification effect (i.e. as an item property in the toolset, or through scripting. If through scripting please include the script that you are using)? IIRC there isn't any immunity to petrification effects in the game just an immunity to the Stone to Flesh spell (which is entirely differen't).

Part of the calculation for a concentration check is the amount of damage that is dealt to you. Stronger enemies will cause higher Difficulty Classes for the checks, so keeping points in Concentration will help ensure that your spells are not disrupted. Personally, I don't tend to take focus in Concentration. I think the feat is better used elsewhere.
