Simply back up your 1.67 Beta 2 Toolset and extract the file within that zip.
You MUST manually back up your 1.67 Beta 2 Toolset in order for you to do the Beta 2 to 1.66 revert. Otherwise you will have to download the 1.67 Critical Rebuild when its available.

<hr />Can someone please verify that the following two bugs still exist in 1.67b2, before I report them? I had to revert to 1.66 to work on my PW for the time being:
1) Server crashes when a player with a corrupted character tries to login. They see no characters in their vault. Not sure if this is fixable but it can be distressing, and difficult to track down the cause.
2) Lock (and trap?) dcs over 127 display incorrectly. A dc 130 shows as 2, I suspect because the field is limited to 255, -127 to 127. The abilities are still checked correctly, but they appear incorrect on examination.<hr />1. Please send the corrupted character you are talking about to nwbugs@bioware.com
2. Yes, the DC is limited to a byte value, exceeding their range will cause the to wrap.

<hr />Can I just say WOW on the expanded color choices?!? That's one large variety http://forums.bioware.com/_commonext/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif<hr />Yepp http://forums.bioware.com/_commonext/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif The additional number of color options will add some really nice variety to the game. Reminds me, I should probably update the dyekits....
Compiling Scripts (?) Question (http://nwn.bioware.com//forums/viewpost.html?topic=471874&post=4015006&forum=47&highlight=)
" It can't handle very large/complex scripts and it often compiles without error scripts that have errors in them."
I have never seen this happening, could you please send me an example script that has errors in it but compiles fine?
"Standard practice is to turn off automatic compilation of scripts and compile your scripts manually using an external script compiler."
While we sometimes use the command line compiler that comes with the game, this is certainly not standard practice for BioWare, all the expansion packs have been created with the same toolset that is being used by the community.
More: nw_ch_aca.nss does not exist, the error can be ignored.

Yepp, this palette update is one of many cool thing contributed by the DLA team, most of which is still to come.

That is the bonus for each attack you are capable of making in a normal round of combat. You attack once at +19, once at +14, and once at +9.

Universal Binary? (http://nwn.bioware.com//forums/viewpost.html?topic=466407&post=4014489&forum=71&highlight=)
I'm not sure on speed tests, but I thought I would mention that the Dedicated Server download now has 2 apps in it for 167 Beta 2, one for x86, one for PPC. The x86 Dedicated Server is not included in the standard 167 Beta 2 patches as of yet, but hopefully we'll have a universal build of that for the final patches. As for the main game, we'll have to wait on a x86 native build, since we rely on Miles and Bink (which we don't have native versions for as of yet).
I'll keep you posted.
