Do I understand correctly that one should restart one's game to avail of the patch's new features or do those things affect the game retroactively?
Corollary to this: Do I have to start a new character or can I still avail of the ones I have created previously in my pool of available pregenerated ones?<hr />Most code changes will take effect even in savegames. Characters stay valid through patch versions.
