You need to extract the latest portraits.2da file and add your portrait to the list. See Click Here (http://ccg.dladventures.com/index.php/Portraits.2da) for more info. Also, the portrait itself must reside in override or in a .HAK associated with the mod before it can be made available to the NPCs you create.

However, you can also do it via scripting using the new SetPortrait() commands available in 1.67, as that should not matter if the portrait is listed in the 2DA or in override or in your /nwn/portraits/ folder.
