Will my Graphics Card run NWN2, or, texture ram showdown! 128 vs 256 vs 512 (take 2) (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com//forums/viewpost.html?topic=471864&post=4047644&forum=99&highlight=)
<hr />The 6600 has shader 3.0 so you will have that benefit. You should be able to get the game with most settings turned on; the main difference between the LE and the second one you pointed to is (I believe) that the LE only has 4 pixel pipelines instead of 8.

If you're upgrading in a year anyway, it doesn't matter. You save yourself 50 bucks.<hr />Yeah, but for a game that is pixel processing heavy, 8 vs. 4 pixel pipes is twice the throughput. I'd say that's pretty significant.

New Obsidian/Sega RPG leveraging NWN2? (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com//forums/viewpost.html?topic=474806&post=4046707&forum=95&highlight=)
Im going to jump in here and clarify some things before people get the wrong idea. Obsidian, like many developers in this business is a multi-team studio. I can say without any reservation that NWN2 is very much a priority at Obsidian. The company is very much focused on this game, and making it the best game it can be.

As for potential expansions, that's an Atari decision. Also, please keep in mind that no such announcements are likely to be forthcoming until after the core game ships.

More: At this time Im not going to speculate as to what may or may not be coming out in terms of future content either in the form of a patch or an expansion. However, with that being said the team has already stated that horses will not be available in NWN2. So while anything is possible, that thing in particular I would find highly unlikely.

As for developing an MMO in Austin. That's Bioware new studio, not Obsidian's. So to answer that question, no.

max hp option? toggle AoO? (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com//forums/viewpost.html?topic=474355&post=4046927&forum=95&highlight=)
<hr />Not really. The archer might assume the wizard will cast a spell, but even if he does something else instead, that doesn't mean the archer can't shoot him.<hr />It's the difference between a partial and a full round action for the archer, which is huge at higher levels.

More: The goal of an AoO or readied action is to pre-empt the completion of the triggering behavior as it starts. The AoO or readied action needs to complete before the triggering behavior completes or the goal can't be achieved.
