Personally, I'm hoping for pirates vs. ninjas as the concept for a sequel. I mean, you've just stopped Umberlee from whatever nefarious plan she had. She's going to be angry at you, right? And given she's the goddess of the seas, you'll be sailing around and end up in a storm, to find yourself having survived and in Kara-Tur.

Setting up the stage for the perfect pirates vs. ninjas epic battle!

AND... we can scan Stan's face and put him as THE ninja antagonist and we can have great oodles of fun slaying him and then casting raise dead, then repeat!

But that's just me...
