No, Joco and I got as far as a interface screen and basic geometry exporting for NWMaya, but NWMax got the bulk of the focus.

Several non-walkable areas within one placeable (http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewpost.html?topic=548820&post=4828798&forum=48&highlight=)
If you're using gMax and NWMax, the hierarchy for PWKs is:

plc_thing (AuroraBase)
- plc_thing_pwk (dummy object with PWK modifier)
- mesh (2D plane for no-walk)
- Thing (plc mesh)

I can't remember if you can have multiple meshs for the no-walk zones, or have to attach them into one mesh object though.
