Custom Mods (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com/forums/viewpost.html?topic=551093&post=4842936&forum=109&highlight=)
Just wanted to say I just checked out Pool of Radiance Remastered - it's a player-made mod... very nicely done.

Excellent job!

It's player-made mods like this that show people what's possible. Thanks to everyone that made this mod. Now we just have to see who will take the challenge to top it.

Hmm.. now what module should I check out next?

More: Well, actually... the funny thing is I was chatting with some community members on IRc... they feel that the majority of CC stuff done for NWN1 was not monsters or anything that required animation. It was tilesets and scripting and such. Which is already possible in NWN2.

There's a great Drow/underdark system in the works and I have seen some awesome Dwarven Halls tilesets as well already.

1.05 status? (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com/forums/viewpost.html?topic=550131&post=4843379&forum=109&highlight=)
Relax there, Anthix.

All the link does is point you to a webpage where you can place a link. It does not install anything.

But, you know you can package everything up in a self-extracting Winzip file and have it install a group of files for you?

More: <hr />By the way, I thought you said you were gonna check if anything's happening in terms of Blackguard/Assassin spell lists.

You didn't forget, did you? http://forums.bioware.com/_commonext/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif<hr />It is in the list for a future implementation, though I do not know the priority or the timing. I do know we have some bigger fish to fry at the moment, though.

More: <hr />Rob,
Is ActivatePortal() still slated for 1.06 or was it able to be squeezed into 1.05?

Any word on the torch bug being fixed in 1.05?<hr />C'mon, I can't show all our cards. That would be like knowing everything you are going to get for Christmas - And that's no fun http://forums.bioware.com/_commonext/images/smiles/icon_biggrinno.gif

Multiplayer Lag (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com/forums/viewpost.html?topic=551008&post=4843389&forum=118&highlight=)
We actually have a little modification for PWs coming in the 1.05 patch.

This will improve the caching of spells so that lag caused from the casting and calculating will be greatly reduced.

Due to Vista, these files are now kept in a NWN2 direcotry in MyDocuments.

To get your last character:

Before/during the final battle, you will want to export your character to get a full snapshot. Otherwise, you will need to load your last save and play the last bit all over again.

DD defensive stance bugged? (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com/forums/viewpost.html?topic=551221&post=4844572&forum=109&highlight=)
You might want to double check. Sometimes the character sheet doesn't change, but the effects still occur.

So, for instance, even though the character sheet may not reflect a change to the BAB of a character after activating a mode or something, the change to the BAB is happening.

Expansion Pack? (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com/forums/viewpost.html?topic=551082&post=4844603&forum=109&highlight=)
<hr />If there is an expansion pack I hope 3 things can be improved.

1) Implement Radial Menu interface.

Its a lot more intuitive. The current one its so hard to find where are the commands, and playing a warlord, I just realise cannot drag the icons from quick cast into the quick menu bar ...<hr />Not gonna happen. The feedback we received was overwhelming to get away from the radial menu. Perhaps someone will make a UI mod, though.

<hr />2) Have a larger feedback screen with bigger fonts and easier scrolling.

Its so hard to scroll up to see what happened during combat, to see the attack rolls, how much damage you dealt etc for fine-tuning your character or whether you have gained or lose influence.<hr />

You may want to see if a UI mod is available for this. I doubt we would change the font

Probably a stupid question, but did you make sure you were in defensive casting mode?

SetIsTemporaryEnemy() bugged? (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com/forums/viewpost.html?topic=550063&post=4843229&forum=114&highlight=)
By default, players can not attack neutrals. This is also a campaign flag. Try setting "PlayersCanAttackNeutrals" to TRUE.
