NWN Patch 1.69 Thread (http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewpost.html?topic=577975&post=5209794&forum=42&highlight=)
<hr />I think this is something everyone could get behind, if only we could get a sense from Brian and the others how feasible it really is at this stage of the game.<hr />Ya got me, I only touch art, the coding the weapon feats is more of Craig's area.
More: (http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewpost.html?topic=577975&post=5209827&forum=42&highlight=) Just a little update on the alpha content server, I think I've got the batch file done, and converted over to a Linux shell script to handle all the possible updates.
Just need to finish the NWNx/Mantis integration and clean up the test models I put on the server and it should be ready probably next week.
Edit: Just have to recover from this nasty cold so I'm not so lethargic all day. http://forums.bioware.com/_commonext/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif

Black Screen when launching Neverwinter Nights (Forceware Driver Issue) (http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewpost.html?topic=580379&post=5210657&forum=49&highlight=)
Windows Vista and XP users that are using Nvidia ForceWare drivers from 158.22 to 162.22 encounter a black screen in place of the main menu when launching Neverwinter Nights 1.68
BioWare's contact at Nvidia has been made aware of the issue.
The current solution for Windows XP users is to roll back to Forceware version 152.19 or 97.94 Click Here (http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp-2k_archive.html)
Windows Vista users (6000, 7000 and 8000 series cards) can resolve this issue by installing the ForceWare 163.11 (Beta Drivers) which support the 6000, 7000 and 8000 series cards. Click Here (http://www.nzone.com/object/nzone_downloads_rel70betadriver.html) A Windows XP version of these drivers is forthcoming.
A viable work around for those users that either want to wait for a non-beta driver or do not want to roll their existing drivers back is to create a shortcut to nwmain.exe, right click on it, choose "Properties", the "Shortcut" tab, and then add the following text after "nwmain.exe".
+TestNewModule "modulename"
Please note that there is a space before the + sign in the above line. This will launch the game and immediately try to load a module with the name "modulename" (which shouldn’t exist). You could then use the "cancel" button to back out to the main menu and start your game as normal.
Additional updates to the issue will appear in this thread. Please avoid starting new threads to discuss this issue, conversation in existing threads is encouraged.

Greetings,
I have started a new thread detailing the situation, a few "solutions" as well as an additional workaround.

That's right, it doesn't http://forums.bioware.com/_commonext/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif
None of the "work around" solutions actually "fix" the issue. In your case it would be best to update to either update your drivers using the Beta Drivers or roll back to a driver version that works properly with our game. You could also try the other -dmc commands in this thread: Click Here (http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=577829&forum=42)
