It's not really possible, as you'd need it on the CLIENT side, while NWNx is more SERVER side.

You can however, create some instant feats and have them bound to the F1-F12 keys and used that way.

And there might be a way to have the clients reassign their key settings so the arrow keys redirect to the quickslot keys. I'll have to check.
