Does anyone know a program that can slow down MP3 and mpegs while playing?

Depends what your using to play the media, when I wanted this I had winamp and used some pulgins that can be d/l ed from the website...

The (free) mp3 player Sonique (http://sonique.lycos.com/) has the ability to slow or speed up .mp3s as an easy to use option.
