I just saw the news on Eurosport.
He had a long illness, even knowing that, I could never imagine that he could die.
Sad news, I am a big fan of him. Great rally racer.

He was pretty cool when he came to NZ for the Rally of New Zealand. Even after being diagnosed, he still kept talking about winning the rally champs again. Such a positive attitude.

That truely is a shock - he was a very talented guy with a funny side.
