Why not go for a M-Rating ? (http://forums.bioware.com//viewpost.html?topic=387626&post=3209645&forum=84&highlight=)
Anyway..We're not holding back on this one, there will be some very mature themes in the story and such. But my guess is that the thing that will likely give us the M rating for the ESRB will be the sword fighting, with the slashing and the setting monsters on fire with spells and the backstabbing.
Voice Actors (http://forums.bioware.com//viewpost.html?topic=386573&post=3211330&forum=84&highlight=)
Really? No Canadian voice actors? All the voices done for Hordes of the Underdark were Canadian. Didn't you like those?
More: I can't say right now. Most of the audio features (inc voice acting and our language translation) are undetermined, and we need the audio team to finish up on Jade before we go too deep into it.
Can we see a DA Dragon, please? (http://forums.bioware.com//viewpost.html?topic=388148&post=3211338&forum=84&highlight=)
In time we plan to release some of the concept art the artists are doing. But first we need to be happy with them. http://forums.bioware.com/_global/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif
I am not sure about Mage/Wizard Class is in or not (http://forums.bioware.com//viewpost.html?topic=387260&post=3211347&forum=84&highlight=)
Yes, there will be magic using classes in Dragon Age. That is all I can say at the moment, otherwise I'll have to sanction myself. http://forums.bioware.com/_global/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif
A Healing Potion Suggestion (http://forums.bioware.com//viewpost.html?topic=386522&post=3211373&forum=84&highlight=)
It's not a bad idea having healing potions cure a percentage of the health, not just a set number. But we have a problem with cost, and lower end scalling. If a low level player has 10 hit points a "minor healing" potion will cure 20% or 2 hit points. That's not a lot. They would need more like a "major healing" potion that cured 10 hit points. We'd have to make that affordable. But not so cheap that a high level player has 50 billion of em and can beat any creature just by attrition of hit points. But we cannot scale the cost by level. First of all, it doesn't make sense, that a store would know your level and charge you more for the same product. Even if we did scale the cost, then low level dweeb buys potions for the high level guys, bypassing that balance feature. Maybe we could make two types of potions? One you can buy that has a set number of healing. And one that you can only find which gives the percentage? Brent will kill me.

<hr />thats right, and a good peeing in your pants feature would be most welcome. Why just run away in fear? Fear produces many other things. I haven't seen a good peeing in your pants in a game for a long time...<hr />I believe that's a combat ability you get at level one... http://forums.bioware.com/_global/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif
