on another note ... anyone know any quests related to the mage tower ?.

Are you talking about the mage tower in the slums area of the city? There is a quest there but you need a certain NPC in your group to activate it.

Also I took a look at the item list (your url) and I have the collectors edition of the game from the store and all the items on that list are in my game on 2 vendors (1 is at the copper coronet other at the weapons emporium). Moreover, my local EB store was giving the "additional items" cd to anyone who preordered the game also.

I got a bonus CD with my game as well, I just don't know what Merchant Items it has on it. (it's a normal game with a bonus cd, no cloth map, etc). I have yet to install it.

As for the Mage Tower, do you have apprentices? I read somewhere that someone who had the Mage Tower from the Quest was having his apprentices make a magical item for him and he was running around getting what they needed for the item.

Ya, the Mage Stronghold is pretty cool, to get it, you; 1) must be a Mage. 2) Must have Valygar in your party, it is part of his Planar Sphere Quest. You get some sweet stuff, some nice staffs (Staff of the Magi or something like that...) and a unique (But very bad.. :() dagger that has your name on it! Cool stuff.
