i know this is a realtively minor detail, but i noticed that rain doesn't observe buildings. e.g. it is still raining under an overhang, coming through the roof. Is there a mod to fix that?

Nope.. there's no such mod, because this is a thing with the game engine. You can't edit the game engine in the construction set, just the game content. According to Bethesda this was a choice they made while optimising the game, because it reduced the system reqs quite a bit.. I don't know, it seems silly to me. Who knows, they might do something about it when the next addon comes along in march (Bloodmoon).. they have hinted minor engine updates there.

I wanted to make a gauntlet that shoots fireballs and call it the Arm Cannon. What does this have to do with anything? I can't make heads or tails of the Construction Set. Is it just me?
