What the hell! This is insane.
It took me forever to finish the game, too.

I've had it a year now with both addons and I still have not finished it nor have I even visited the addon areas. The game does get boring after a while when you start to get the feeling that you've seen about all the game has to offer. The game is in serious need for some personality, the self repeating enviorment, npc's and quests really tear down a lot of the gaming expirience for me and makes the game booring after a while. It has a lot of potential though and wandering in the morrowind wilderness can be quite relaxing, unless of course you travel in an area with a lot of cliffracers.

It was a good game in my opinion once I started to get the hang of it. Had they only put some more work on story and dialogues it would've been an awsome game.

If only the game would run that smooth on my comp too, I would still be playing it.

I've read that part on another board. This guy must have finished Morrowind several times and probably got really bored with the game, otherwise no sane person would play any game like that. What's the fun in racing towards the end when it's not even a racing game to begin with ? :D

Not in my book, all he achieved is ruining a perfectly good game.

And I thought finishing Fallout 2 in two days was fast with a level thirtyish character.

And I thought finishing Fallout 2 in two days was fast with a level thirtyish character. Current record for Fallout is 18 minutes :p Recording can also be found on that site, if you haven't seen it already when it was posted here in The playground a while ago.

Well, how about finishing missions in the Caesar campaign in AOE: Rise of Rome with initial forces? ;)

I even did the battle of Pharsalos with the couple of units I had from the beginning.

Some missions in Dark Colony could be done in a bit like manner. Or in Red Alert 2. Just grab your initial units and rush onward, making more units and sending them directly into the field. No towers, no lost buildings, no resource control battles...

Some of those supposedly big missions can be done in a couple of minutes.

Still, finishing a legendary RPG in a quarter.... Aww...

On the fallout record:

I wonder how many times he had to replay it before he got to the military base at level one without getting a 'master patrol encounter'. Same goes for the insane journey to the church.

Current record for Fallout is 18 minutes Just the area loading time in one game is more than 18 min for me.

Its alot easier to get into the base than getting out of it. The first time you try to get to the base you usualy dont encounter any forces, but you always do when you try to exit it.

Anyways; what way do you have to take to clear Fallout 2?
Arroyo-Navarro-Vault 15-San Fran-Oil Rig? And how the heck is that possible? You would need incredible sneaking and lockpicking skills, not to mention lotsa life and luck. I guess for the boss you would have to convince Franks "buddies" to help you.

I think all your question will be answered if you watch the recording. :)
