Okay... Where can I find that Poulty (or whatever...)guy who threw a whammy on Jahhiera? My time playing the game is restricted and I'd like to get it done... fast!

Baron Ployer is found in the Sea's Bounty in the Docks or in the Derelict building next to the Slaver's Compound/Boat Building in the Slums District.

If you really want to get strange with that , put a girdle of gender on yourself!:)

don't wanna spoil anything here, but where were the wizards supposed to be from?

I seem to recall that one of those wizards approached me in the government district - you can bribe them (about 1000gp I think) not to support Ploya.

Ploya is in the derelict house (check the area map) in the slums.

There's 2 bribe options from the mages that approach you in that quest. The first is a bribe to them not to show up, the second they suggest iirc. That one gets you the most XP and it requires a lot more money, but it m,eans that they will go against Ployer and save you the trouble od having to clean your sword:).
