the master trainer that is angry is the only one that you dont pay or piss off.
the only way to get training from the person is to bribe them

and please, ask intelligent questions
example; where do i find a full suit of glass armor

I believe he meant the enchant master trainer which happens to be hostile toward you.

That all depends on what you want to train, AFAIR no two Blades train the same proficiency.

Requirements:
- You're a vampire
- You have Goldenbrand(from the Boethiah shrine quest
- And you have exactly 11171 septims, (just dump the rest on the floor.)

Go to Sirilonwe at Vivec's Mages Guild, and do her first quest, (if you already killed her enemy then you can forget about Eltonbrand). Do her quest, and when you come back, tell her to go to hell, *poof* and you have Eltonbrand.
