In celebration of the upcoming Christmas and very productive last few months here at SP, I'm holding a little competition that all the members can enter.

The prizes are three 6-month SPS Account (http://www.sorcerers.net/Supporters/faq.php) subscriptions. (3x $20 value).

Three winners will be drawn randomly from the list of all the participants and announced here, as well as notified via PM that they have won.

Here are the rules:

1) Only one entry per person. More than one entry per person either from the same account or via posts from duplicate accounts will disqualify you from the competition and likely bring about even more severe sanctions.

2) Every registered member of Boards o' Magick can enter the competition, regardless of their status or registration date. If a current SPS Account holder wins, their subscription will simply be extended for 6 months.

3) The contest runs from the moment this thread is made and up to December 28, 2007, 11:59pm GMT+1. Any subsequent entries will not be included in the draw.

4) The winners will be announced in this thread and notified via PM shortly after the end of the competition.

How to enter the competition?

1) Make a single (1) post in the Santa Claus SP Competition Entries (http://www.sorcerers.net/forums/showthread.php?p=623359) thread with the text: "This is my competition entry."

No further action on your part is required.

2) Please DO NOT include any additional personal information about you in the thread (such as your name, e-mail, etc.). We DO NOT NEED THIS INFORMATION and strongly advise you never to post any such information in any publicly accessible place on the web unless you don't care about your e-mail being spammed.

Winners are picked via a nice algorithm that has been created by Mystra, and allows for ± 5% chance of winning based of your BoM reputation, and an additional ±5% chance of winning based of the Admin's decisions. So if the mods hate you and your BoM rep is low, you'll have a -10% chance of winning. :p

That's the way *I* would do it. But chances are, the drawling is 100% random. :rolling:

You need to be logged into your SPS account there to see it, of course.

OK, so why doesn't the login section on the main page recognize my password?

It's not necessarily the same as your board pass now; it is as you've specified it on sign-up. The login systems are still separate at the moment. If you can't figure it out, you can use the "Lost Login Info?" link there to retrieve it. If all else fails, just PM me and I'll look it up for you.

Well, I figured out the password thing. It turns out that it's the same password, but whereas on the forums, it has to be all upper case, on the main page it has to be all lower case. :rolleyes:

It is as you've specified it at account setup, but you can always change it.
