I am trying to collect elemental staffs for my sorcerer *lev 17 and i must say im proud of it* but i need to know there the ligtning
or earth staffs r. does anoyone no where there r?

There are only ones of air earth and fire.

You will find the air one in the planer prison. On the big demon guy.

You will find the earth one in the store in the Drow city.

You will find the fire one on one of those fire demons in the planar sphere.

you get the staff of lightning from the druid grove i do believe if you have a charisma of 18 or higher.

it is the staff of thunder and lightning, sorry.

hey thanks i have the fire and air staff but where exatly is the lighting staff in the grove. (I have a charisma of 20, 18 natturally and the cloak of the nymph +2 charisma)
The planar sphere rocks for the quests and the storage rooms, i live in it!

Oh yes i remember now its called thunder lightning or something and you get it as a reward for something in the grove.

I got 2 staffs of air. I can't remember how though. There wouldn't be a staff of thunder because ther are no thunder elementals.

i really dont think the staff of thunder and lightning is worth keeping anyway. its abilites just arent to my taste. it sells for a pretty decent amount, about 2000 gold i think...

The staff of thunder is not part of the elemental set anyway. There are only three: Air, Earth and Fire (but no water for some reason). The other staffs just happen to do the same.
And by the way. Accordint to old science there were four elements. So lightning is not going to be an elemental staff is it?

Indeed, according to mythical stories and long dead cultures there was a philosophy about everything in this universe is made from only a few basic elements.

However, always there were speculations about so called fifth element besides earth, air, fire and water. Sometimes the 5th element was wood, sometimes ether, sometimes spirit, etc. Maybe lightning is just another speculation of that kind. But, hmmm... I wouldn't say lightning - I would say: electricity.

you could just consult with a wicken. they believe in the fifth element thing, just ask one of em, not to hard to spot...just trust me, you can tell...
