My initial feeling is that this has something to do with the Natural AC change in the last patch.

<hr />Free is good lol. Although why not distribute most of it like an expansion and have it all availble and useable by everyone who bought it, builders and players.<hr />MotB and the OC (not to mention all the NWN1 games) come with copy protection on the exe, which is why you can use the content in the toolset right out of the box. The NWN2 adventure packs will be protected as well, but it has to be done slightly differently (similar to what was done for the NWN1 premium mods). In doing that, we have to release the content to fans in a different way. I know it sounds roundabout, but in the end most of the new stand-alone content (creatures, tileset, etc.) should be available to builders.
