There's an option to enable/disable Conversation Zoom, just toggle it off.

1.69.8101 (Windows, Mac & Linux) Beta 2 Patches Now Available (Discuss).

I may have missed the boat on this - but has anyone else noticed a tiny visual glitch in TNO? Here's a pic:

I'm sure they'll get around to it since it was such a big annoyance in DoD and WCoC.
Not when there's 1200+ tiles to modify.

1.69.8102 (Windows) Beta 3 Patch Now Available (Discuss).

One quick think I noticed was that the portable campsite icon is broken up and positioned strangely (maybe it doesn't fit?) in the icon window of the item editor.
Most likely, as the toolset window was not designed to display a 10x6 icon, only at most 2x5 (largest in NWN).

It'll still display fine in your character inventory panel however, taking up a whole page.

1.69.8102 (Windows) Beta 3 Patch Now Available (Discuss).

Very true, so I'll do my best to stay positive and not grumpy. Thing is, if it could have been done, why wasn't it when DLA was creating it in the first place? I love what they've given to NWN, so I'm a little shocked that a tilefade was not added when the tileset was being created.
Well, I think the reason for it was that TNO has a very wide range of low (sea cliff bottoms) to high (level 2 castle walls). Making deciding what the threshold for the tile fade to be at difficult.

Not to mention having fade on the castle walls can cause you to appear like you're floating in mid-air. But it would be awkward if there was fade only on certain parts, so DLA went with not enabling it at all.
The third 1.69.8102 beta patch is now available for download.

This beta patch currently only supports the English version of Neverwinter Nights running under Windows for users that have both expansion packs installed (SoU and HotU).

The Windows Beta patch files are now up on the patch page:

The Windows Beta patch files can also be accessed directly here:

Please grab both files (beta patch and revert patch).

If you were running the 1.69 Beta 2 patch. You will need to run the updater to revert back to 1.68 and then remove the 1.69 Beta 2 patches from your Neverwinter nights directory, before the updater will be able to install the 1.69 Beta 3 patches (which need to be placed in you Neverwinter Nights directory).

Let me know if you experience any problems at all.

You can report any bugs you find to nwbugs@bioware.com, nwexploits@bioware.com or nwtoolsetbugs@bioware.com (depending on whether they are game bugs, game exploits, or toolset bugs).

One of the big differences between this patch and previous patches is the huge amount of new content that we included from our Premium Modules program. We definitely would like to hear back about any bugs that can be found with the new content ( i.e. creatures, placeables, Purple Dragon Knight prestige class, Horse scripts ). I hope all you builders out there will try out the beta patch and report any issues you find.

1.69.8101 (Windows, Mac & Linux) Beta 2 Patches Now Available (Discuss).
