(*)Is there some reason the new TNO placeables can't be set to "static"? (The static checkbox is greyed out.)
Probably because the placeable uses skinmesh (some flags or seaweed) and if they are set to static, they crash the game.

(*)This one has -probably- been mentioned before but all single bedroom tiles in the castle interior (and even the latest TNO castle interior) are missing faces at the foot of the bed. If you angle the camera to ground level you can see right through the beds! Specifically tiles tni02_e01_01 and tic01_e01_01.(/list)
Probably not, they were modeled with the camera having a certain range and it wasn't until a later patch did they allow for the camera angle to go to 0 degrees. A lot of buildings and such in the core NWN game also have polys cut out to improve efficiency at the time of NWN's release.
It's not something overly high on the list of things I have to fix, due to the sheer amount of tiles one would have to look at and fill in the gaps.
As for horse scaling, it's something I'll have to add into the appearance.2da for an invisible creature of certain sizes, and have the wing/tail scale set appropriately in the tailmodel.2da.

1.69.8103 (Windows) Beta 4 Patch Now Available (Discuss).

1) ANIMATION_ATTACK1
ANIMATION_ATTACK2
ANIMATION_ATTACK3
(please please please there are so many benefits to getting access to these animations)
Unfortunately the combat animations are tied to the combat system and Bad Things Happen if you try playing them outside of combat from what I hear, otherwise they would have been made available a long time ago. Case in point, I think there's a bug that whirlwind would sometimes freeze your character in place - I'll bet you it's because people do it outside of combat to see how cool it is.

2)SetHitpoints
3)SetPlaceableAppearanceType
4)SetQuickBar
5)SetAC
SetHP() and SetAC() would probably break the internal rule calculations the game does, that's probably why it never gets added in due to the ELC system. Same for SetFeat() and such.
SetQuickbar() is a GUI thing and won't be touched - I mean, yeah, I know it would be nice if one's familiar would retain the quickbar settings, or DMs can set it for possessing various NPCs, but it's a low, low priority for us.
SetPlaceableAppearanceType() would be nice, as it might help get around the 16k palette issue, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to add it in, as it's Craig's domain, not mine.
PRC 3.2 Discussion.
The PRC 3.1 Disucssion thread was getting a bit long, so was locked for length.
Feel free to discuss PRC 3.2 here.
Old thread:
Here is the initial PRC 3.2 post from Stratovarius667:

The 16th of December was the fourth anniversary of the Player Resource Consortium, four years that we have been providing the NWN community with content and classes. We've gone from being Strat's Prestige Pack to the Prestige Class Consortium to the Player Resource Consortium, and all the time we have been committed to offering the best of an ever-expanding array of content. It's been a long time working on NWN, and we're exceedingly pleased that the community has always been there to support us, and of all the help and assistance they have offered over the years of PRC development. And so, in the tradition of our anniversaries, we have a little something in return.
We have for you tonight the first release of PRC 3.2, already featuring ten new classes, comprised of the Dragon Shaman base class, Diamond Dragon prestige class, Dragonheart Mage prestige class, Swift Wing prestige class, Dragon Devotee prestige class, Talon of Tiamat prestige class, Hand of the Winged Masters prestige class, Fist of Dal Quor prestige class, Shadow Mind prestige class, and the Pyrokineticist prestige class, and that's just the classes before we get the Tome of Battle squared away and ready for testing. There are also new powers, new feats, new skills, and other new features, all waiting for you to play with.
The release, by the end of development, will feature the entire Tome of Battle, as well as at least ten other classes, seven of which have been provided by DekaFox, the newest member of the PRC. Fox provided us with the Dragon expansion to the PRC, offering one new base class and six prestige classes for the dragon lover in all of us. We'd like everyone to welcome him into the PRC family, and may he have a long and productive career here. Also, see the second post Click Here of this announcement for a complete run-down of all of the classes he has provided. And, as usual with this, all bugs should be posted in the Beta Testing forum Click Here
The next set of the release we have is a new and updated manual, featuring a completely redone PRC Installation Guide, altered menus, and a modified PRC Making Guide. Flaming Sword has spent much of the recent weeks tweaking and updating this, and we'd like to thank him for his effort. The new, updated manual should centralize the information for the PRC, and make it much easier to follow the installation process, as well as assisting all those who wish to use or tweak the PRC for their worlds or their own use.
Finally, we have one further announcement to make today: We will be hosting a PRC Open House Chat at the end of January to discuss our plans for the future, NWN2, our 3.2 release, as well as any other topic that is suggested between now and then. We're opening a thread in which anyone can post questions that they wish to have answered at the Open House Chat Click Here I hope to see as many of you as possible there.
Finally, I'd like to apologize for the slight delay in getting the PRC Anniversary material up and in place. Unfortunately, I came home from a weekend skiing to a home with no internet and no electricity, as well as some wind and fallen tree damage, and that caused an appreciable delay in getting the PRC Anniversary material ready. And now for the all important part of this post:

Cool! A new PRC!
This thread is getting a bit long, and version 3.2 is now out, so please continue the discussion here:

If find that if you close another window that NWN is sometimes displayed, but the keyboard and mouse are not recognized by it. I have to minimize it then click the menu bar NWN icon to get the keyboard and mouse back.
The ALT key up Window's message gets lost sometimes when ALT-TABing causing the game to think that the ALT key is still pressed down in this situation.
If this happens to you, just press and release the ALT key on your keyboard and you should be able to click on things with the mouse again.

1.69.8103 (Windows) Beta 4 Patch Now Available (Discuss).

Can someone please confirm whether Mac/Linux users will be able to test before final release?
Or am I really invisible?
I'm incredibly overloaded at the moment, so I'm not sure when these will get done.
Craig.
Hopefully so,..... I'll grant you I don't run a server, but I woudln't want to repeat 1.67, and GetIsSkillSuccessful().......
Would it help if I offered to sign the appropriate NDA's and SSH'd to compile it for you?
David
Feel free to test with the 1.69 Beta 2 Linux patch, there have been very little code changes between Beta 2 and Beta 4 (mostly 2da and art resource changes). It should allow you to do some valid testing/bug reporting until the next Linux beta is available.
