However, I do not want this to become a he-said, she-said issue either. So, I am going to succinctly say that any delayed release of MoW is not due to any action or in-action of Obsidian.
Personally, I find it unfortunate that these forums needed to be used to point blame at any party, since my belief is that we are all in this together to try to make NWN2 and the NWN2 community everthing that it can be.
Strategy mode is close to the old isometric view you had in Baldur's gate or the top-down view in Neverwinter Nights 1. Character mode is an over-the-shoulder view.

MP module list anywhere?

Thanks much for the module list.
It's still seriously disturbing that NWN2 is going through the same multi-year growing pains that NWN1 had already sorted out. Isn't the point of v2 to improve on the original, rather than redoing its mistakes? Argh...
Hopefully the NWN2 community will survive long enough to see the breadth of mods that NWN1 has.
You have different developers starting with an older version of the engine. I think seeing some of the older bugs is natural in that case. At the same time, some bugs that still exist in NWN1 are have been, or are being, taken care of in NWN2.
I think it all depends on your point of view.

Help me decide whether to buy NWN1 or 2
I think you will find fans of both products and you will end up having a difficult decision. personally, I would buy both. They are both not that expensive, contrary to what a prior poster said.
With NWN1, you have five years of player-made content and a great game for entering into the modding scene. The community is still going pretty strong and probably will be around for a little while yet.
With NWN2, you have a game that many say is closer to a Baulder's Gate style of game than NWN1 was. The modding capabilities are more advanced, but more difficult as well and, like Oblivion and other "NextGen" titles, requires more knowledge and time to mod for it - but the results are fantastic. The community is growing and strong.
You will undoubtedly hear from "fanbois" on each side of this argument, so I wish you luck. I, too, am biased, of course

Help me decide whether to buy NWN1 or 2
Since the OP has stated his question was answered, I will be locking this thread down.

You Lost me as a customer

This has been asked before (by you on multiple occasions if no one else). The Devs are aware of it and will or will not implement firearms as they see fit.
Since this has been asked and answered, it gets closed now. Please do not restart this idea.
LOCKDOWN!

Feargus is correct: MoW’s delay is not from any action or in-action on Obsidian’s part. There are technical distribution issues that need to be worked on by Obsidian for MoW to be released in an upcoming patch, but the delay on the game’s release is not from Obsidian. Sorry for the confusion by any posters from the Ossian team - I believe there was a misunderstanding on what is happening exactly. We are all committed to releasing MoW as soon as possible.
