Hi all -

I love the IWD maps and would like to use them for a tabletop game I plan to run. Problem is - all the maps I find online are just the small image screen shots of the level. Is it possible to extract the larger, actual image files from the game? Has anyone done this before?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, very easily. You can download (http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/IEmodding/index.php) Infinity Explorer or Near Infinity that can do it.

Do you know if a similar tool or method exists for Temple of Elemental Evil?

I haven't tried any myself yet, but I expect that one of the tools listed here (http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/ToEE/index_co8.php) can do the trick.
